"During this main lesson block students will explore the opposing genres of tragedy and comedy as well as origins of theater. While exploring several dramas, themes of transformation, wisdom, foolishness, and human archetypes will be worked with.
Students will build skills for reading plays and engaging in collaborative work and discussion with their classmates.
Weekly work will weave together artistic renderings and dramatic presentations supported by writing exercises and note-taking skill building."
